Natalie, your Facebook Page only has 2217 fans and some of the testimonials shown only have a few hundred fans, so how will this work for my business.
Firstly, let me say that Facebook is just one component of the whole social media sphere and we cover many other elements including your website, email marketing plus other social networking platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest & Google+. We will help you determine which is the right platform for your business.
Secondly, the number of Facebook fans is really irrelevant as I will be teaching you to build a community of engaged fans who are ready to buy products and services from you. I was talking to a client the other day who “only” has 156 fans – her words – not mine, and I was explaining that it’s not about the number, it’s about results. Then she went on to tell me, that when she posted images of their new stock she gets at least 1 or 2 calls from clients wanting their sizes put on hold. They don’t comment on Facebook or send emails – they are “old school” and will pick up the phone and make sure their sizes are there when they drop in. So please don’t get count up in the number of fans, let’s focus on results…
What if I can’t attend the webinars live? The time, date & day don’t suit…
I would love everyone to be able to attend the webinar live but I realise this isn’t always possible. For this reason everything is recorded and will be available for you to access in our secure members areas. We keep the last three sessions of each webinar on the website so feel free to go back and review the older webinars.

During the live webinar series there is always time to allow you to get any questions answers. In these session you can either type your questions into the question box, or when appropriate I open up your microphone and we can talk just like being on the telephone.
Use our exclusive Facebook Group where I’ll get you an answer within 24 hours – generally within the hour – just type in your question – upload photos or share links – what ever you need to get your information across, and I’ll get you an answer. You can also use this group to communicate with other members and find out what’s working for them.
Email me directly to get answers to your questions. My preference is that you use the group so that others members can learn from your questions as I can guarantee that they are often struggling with the same issue. There is no such thing as a stupid question. Of course if you would like to keep your question private just use the email.
Once I’ve done the training are their any additional costs?
After making the payment to us there are no additional costs. You may choose to invest in additional resources such as branding, images, applications or advertising.
Rest assured the majority of the techniques we teach won’t cost you a cent to implement. You can however, if you choose, use some of the third party services such as graphic designers, Facebook Advertising, or applications to help you with custom tabs, competitions or email marketing. During the training I’ll recommend products and services that we have used, however you are never under any pressure or obligation to use them.
In fact many of our client are successful online without ever spending any additional money.

What if it doesn’t work for me? Can I get a refund?
I’ve literally packaged together my more than 15 years of education, training, and testing & measuring into these webinar series. Social Media is continually changing and this information is being updated with the latest information on what’s working right now.
For this reason I’m comfortable in saying there will be no refunds on any of our digital products or webinar series. You have lifetime access to the session recordings plus lifetime access to our Facebook Group where you can continue to get the support you need.

Am I going to turn into a carbon copy of you?
OMG! It does seem these days that many people, especially online, are turning into a carbon copy of their mentors. I can assure you this won’t be the case for you and it’s something which I actively discourage. Why? Because you are different to me and I’m different to you, we also probably have very different businesses and target markets. I will help you identify who your ideal client is (the ones you just can’t wait to work with), where to find them online, and how to communicate to them. Your communication style will be based on your personality, who your market is and of course is designed to gain sales for your business.
